Q: hyundai tucson?
would buying hyundai tucson be a sensible decision. it is a crossover kind .

A: If you think you need the space of an SUV I would recommend crossovers, which are suvs built on car platforms. The tucson is a great reliable little crossover with value packed in, but it suffers in gas mileage. It averages about 16 mpg which is not much better than a huge Chevy Tahoe. I would possibly recommend the Toyota Rav4, because it does get better gas milage and it is the same size as the Hyundai Tucson. Although the Rav4 does cost more, so it just depends if you want to spend the money now on a more economical car or later on frequent trips to the pump. The Hyundai is not a bad car. at all. but I think that there are better choices such as honda cr-v's or the toyota rav4's. If you particularly like the hyundai then I would buy it and ignore people that say Suvs are bad, because the tucson is not an suv at all. its just a tall station wagon that the car companies market as crossovers. Go for the tucson if you want it though.

A: I think you should go to a car mechanic or specialist

Q: What percent mark up does dealer charge for convenience package on Hyundai Tucson?
They are asking 1700 for the convenience package and 2000 for the navi package. What percentage do I have to work with in negotiating this portion of my total price. I just don't know how much they actually paid and what they are asking. ONLY PEOPLE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THIS AREA PLEASE ANSWER!!! I already know that they DO mark it up, I just need to know if anyone knows exactly how much. Thank you

A: There is no "Convenience Package" for 2010 Tucson. Hyundai does offer a Popular Equipment Package Option Group 02/AB in addition to it's Navigation Package 03/AC. The invoice price for each of these items, in addition to the base vehicle and any additional factory or dealer options are widely available from any of the scores of free automotive web sites that specialize in providing such information. Hyundai dealers' standard gross margin for Option Group Packages is 9%.

Q: What is better the hyundai tucson or the ford escape?
I want to buy a car that can go far without putting gas every 100 miles

A: I would say the Hyundai. Either wayI would also check the vehicle history first. CARFAX is a ripoff. I always use CHEAPVINSEARCH.COM. They are a relatively new site so not too many people know about them, but I think they are just a reseller of autocheck. But it only costs 9.99 and if you are spending a couple thousand on a car its def worth it. You might to get the car checked out by a mechanic for 200 dollars this could save you a lot of money in the future.

Q: How do I know if the airbags of my Toyota Innova and Hyundai Tucson will work and are not defective?

A: Don't listen to the other three answers. Sure you could get in a collision purposefully but that would increase your insurance which is something you don't want to do. Also you could seriously injure yourself or someone else in the process. If you want to check if your vehicle has a faulty airbag, you can take it to your local Toyota dealership. Toyota is the manufacturer of your vehicle right? Well since they manufactured it then that means they would be able to test your airbag system. Take it to your Toyota dealership and have them take a look.

Q: Does anyone have a solution to the Hyundai Tucson blind spot issue?
Has anyone tried purchasing those little convex stick-on mirrors for the side mirrors, and if so, do they work ok? Or any other solution would be great. I want to buy the car and like it except for that blind spot issue. I used to have a car with a blind spot and hated that part about it. Thanks

A: The convex mirror will do it. Install on on the lower - outside surface of the pass mirror AND the driver mirror. I prefer the 2". The biggest benefit will be to train yourself to look at the convex mirror FIRST. It will take a while but, it will be worth the trouble. Over the last 15 years, they have saved me many accidents.

Q: Is the Hyundai Tucson a good car for a 16 year old girl?
If not, what are some better options?

A: You also should compare car insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here - carinsurance.yoll.net

Q: Hi I have a Hyundai Tucson and when i both a rear bottom mirror the salesman said i need a spoiler as well?
rear bottom view mirror i mean if i didnt buy the spoiler would my mirror fall off at high speed due to air resistance or something like that?

A: A sales person can offer things to buy, he can't force you. The final decision will be yours. The balance is between what you want and what you need. Simple as that. You'll be the judge of the decision buying the spoiler or not.

Q: Hyundai Tucson or Subaru Forester what is a better car?
i looking at buying a small suv but don't know what one is better thanks for the help. i know that tucson cost less the price doesn't mean anything to me i just want to know what is better over all thanks :)

A: Subaru Forester has that Japanese Reputation and it's boxter engine for 4wd, they claim to have symmetrical system, blah blah blah.... But it's pricy like you said.. It's got almost same features as Hyundai Tuscon, and to be frank with you I'd go with Hyundai Tuscon. Hyundai Tuscon actually looks like SUV, while Forester looks like extended wagon that is a bit high.... Like Ford, Tarus X or Freestyle... Hyundai Tuscon does offer 4wd if that's what your looking for, also has one hell of warranty, and other programs and great prices (ask for reduction of sticker price and they'll give it to you) and is reliable as if not more than Subaru, as it beats Toyota's ass right now lol. But the Tuscon has the rugged feel and look while Forester is a bit more tame, and gentle.. Depends on what you like, do you want sportier SUV or just simple... wagon SUV.... I believe Tuscon is more bang for your buck so i'd go with Tuscon, good styling, feel, warranty, features, and overall yeah.... Feel free to ask me for more question. I'd just bought 2009 Hyundai Sonata Limited and I am happy, glad i didn't buy that Honda, they were so cheap.... Wouldn't even give us a good deal, Hyundai did though lol
