I live in Northeast Mississippi and there is no dealer within 150 miles that is selling a hyundai tiburon. I absolutely love this car. If anyone knows someone who is selling one within a reasonable distance i would appreciate any information on it.

you might have to look further away and be willing to travel to get your car. Check the craigslist of the big cities closest to you and check on ebay and autotrader/cars.com, you'll find what you want soon enough. I live in the DC area, so Hyundai's are plentiful, I own the Azera, which I love.
Q: How do you program a key fob on a 2003 hyundai tiburon?
I just bought a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon, and the key fob that came with it does not work. I've tried turing it to acc, and pressing the unlock button, but it did not work. I also tried unlocking it from the outside and pressing lock, that did not work either. Can anyone tell me a way to program it that will work for me?
A: Gotta go to dealer. The only machine that can do re programing belongs to dealer. its called Scan tool and have the proper software compatible with your remote. Once reprogrammed, the remote gets a new frequency. Make sure you bring both remotes to program so that you don't pay twice for each remote.

Q: Can I turbocharge my Hyundai Tiburon with an automatic transmission with a sportshift?
I know manual is better for turbo but can I add a turbo to my 03 hyundai tiburon with an auto tranny...it has the sportshift so I would be able to rev it up..
I would probably only buy an inexpensive one, how much hp could the tranny handle you think?

Automatic is the same when you turbocharge it. Believe it or not...
The turbo will produce anywhere from 250-300 HP, not much more because of suspension.

What power steering fluid can I use in my 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT V6? The owners manual calls for PSF-3 but I cannot find this fluid at the dealer or anywhere else.

My power window has slipped its track and my boyfriend is attempting to fix it, but we are unable to get the door panel to come off. We have gotten all of the screws off other than the grab handle. We know theres a screw behind it but we are unsure how to take it off without breaking it. My car is a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon. Please help!
Thanks, we were able to get it off and it probably is the regulator. It is still making noise so we figured it had just slipped the track. Taking it to the shop tomorrow.
A: The power window motors are common failures on the Tiburons. Both sides went on my 2003 Tiburon. I got them both replaced under the warranty when I had the car, yours is out of warranty now of course. Hyundai will warranty the repairs and labor for one year after the date performed so be sure and always keep your vehicle records from the Dealer.

My heater core went on my 2001 Hyundai Tiburon, I have the hoses clamped for now, has anyone experienced this? if so whats the best way to bypass the heater core, I dont need the heat for this summer, i just dont want the coolant to keep leaking into my car, and causing it to overheat. A: Take the hoses off of the firewall connectors and connect them together with a short piece of pipe and a couple of clamps.

I have a 2000 Hyundai Tiburon and just suddenly it only runs for a little while and dies. Then it takes about 30-45 minutes to start it up again.. No clue where to go about it from here.. Thought Id ask you guys and throw some ideas at me.

Would it be ok to put a supercharger kit(2lb-4lb of boost) on a completely stock Hyundai Tiburon engine? Do i have to do something to the ECU before installing the supercharger? Is there anything else i have to do before installing? Thanks.
A: You would need to tune it to compensate for the additional air you would be forcing into the engine. Unless you want to blow it up a few miles after you put it in there.
2 psi wouldn't even be worth the effort. Even 4 probably wouldn't give you more than 20 or so more hp. Get much above maybe 5-7 psi and you will want to start upgrading the engine and trans unless you want to start breaking things.

Wel how much would it cost to fix an emergency brake cable on a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon?
A: A-Call the dealer parts deptartment and ask the cost of the ebrake cable, or an auto parts store.
B-Call the dealer service department and ask how long in hrs. to change and ebrake cable on your car and the amount in dollars.
Add A & B and you have the answer.
They will do this on the phone and you will not have to provide your name or address.
Get the name of the people who gave you the quotes.
You can take it to any garage if you find a better labour rate.
Hope this helps. My guess labour should be no more than 1.4hrs.
